Co-ordinate My Care - From Vision 3 release DLM 710 , you can see if a patient has a care plan from the patient record in Consultation Manager:

  • Patient has a CMC care plan, launch CMC to view and update the patient's plan - Displays if a plan exists, select to trigger the plan..
  • This patient does not have a CMC care plan yet, launch CMC to create one - Displays if a plan exists, select to trigger a plan.

  • About Vision - The Vision 3 Apps configuration version installed on your Vision 3 system now displays in the About Vision screen:

  • Cerner - Health Information Exchange - The Cerner Health Information Exchange portal pulls together disparate sources of data from across both health and social care and displays it in one simple aggregated view

The following changes were introduced as part of the Vision 3 DLM 510 release:

  • Patient Messaging App - This new app enables you to both send and receive messages directly to and from your patients without leaving Vision 3, see Patient Messaging App for full details.
  • Help button - A new button to access on-screen help is now available from the tool bar of every App:

  • Patient Overview App - To support the changes in this release, the Patient Overview App has been updated with:
    • Patient Messaging
    • Pharmacy Nomination settings.

The following changes were introduced as part of the Vision 3 DLM 500 release:

  • Patient Overview App - To assist in the managing of your patient's online services, a new Online Patient Services tab has been added to the Patient Overview App. It allows you to view a snapshot of:
    • Practice Level Settings
    • Patient Status
    • Patient Level Settings
    • Record Level Settings
  • Diabetes Management Screen - Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) and Albumin Creatinine Ratio (ACR) have been added to the Investigation section.
  • Asthma Management Screen - FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC have been removed from the available graphs as they include both predicted results and percentages which could potentially skew the results.
  • COPD Management Screen - FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC have been removed from the available graphs as they include both predicted results and percentages which could potentially skew the results.

The following changes were introduced as part of the Vision 3 DLM 490 release:

  • DCR Review App - An app that allows you to quickly and easily review and consent to Detailed Coded Record access for your patients, see DCR Review App for full details

The following changes were introduced as part of the Vision 3 DLM 483 release:

  • Appointment Reporting App - An app that allows you to analyse and report on appointment data, see Appointment Reporting App.
  • Group Appointment CheckerApp - A really useful app for checking for appointments already booked within a patient group, see Group Appointment Checker App.
  • Clinical Document Viewer - The issue with Docman documents has now been addressed and are now included.
  • Community Data App - The issue caused by the installer has now been addressed.
